Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
  • You may return your product and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@revibloom.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
